Third day of MTB Himachal 2010 - Tanni Jubber to Kullu Sarahan

Hope you are watching the Photography series of MTB Himachal 2010 and enjoying the wonderful Photo Journey in Himalayas. Till now, we have seen some moments of first two days and here I am going to share some of the main events on third day... These are just the glimpses of Third day and I will be sharing more detailed posts on third day soon...

More Adventurous day of MTB Himachal 2010...

On Third day, we had t complete 81 kilometers in three riding sessions and a free ride of 32 kilometers... We started from Tanni Jubber Lake and reached Kullu Sarahan for next camping... All the information has been copied form the poster above :-)

There were some volunteers in this event, who used to go early in the morning and install these hoardings on the way for correct directions...

Snow Covered hills of Shrikhand Mahadev were visible form the routes we covered on third day... Lovely views and wonderful weather...

With the time, we were seeing some amazing views on the hills... Every day height of the hills was increasing...

Harsh sunlight during the day was not bothering anyone as the cool breeze was always keeping us fresh...

Lot many water bodies on the way...

Lot many technical problems, but everyone was fully prepared and ready to help each other... Great Sports Spirit !!!

"Gaddi" is the local word which describe shepherd in upper regions of Himachal Pradesh...

Eventful day of the journey.... There were many risky routes on the way and some of them had heavy traffic.... Initially I was scared but soon I realized that every rider is very skilled to face all these and I am the only one more scared of it.... For most of other members of the troop, it was normal...

Here is a gang of children @ Kullu Srahan... Local Dealers of hills :)
