Festive Spirit All Around || Photo Journey wishes you a Very Happy Diwali

The entire world is bright and cheerful. Relations are being rebuilt, reinforced, and friendships reaffirmed. Such is the spirit of Diwali - when there is a smile on every face and a sense of joy everywhere.

The weather seems conducive too! The dewy, damp fragrance welcomes you every morning. The fans are being turned off, as the slight nip in the morning air is a welcome respite from the long summers. Even Mother Nature wants us to have fun.

And the evenings are beautiful, with each house decorated with strings of colorful lights to welcome Goddess Lakshmi. It is pure joy to walk through the streets and look at various ways people have chosen to decorate their abodes. Each house looks beautiful, each unique in its own way.

This is the time of the year when you miss being near your loved ones -- when you overtake tiring, long travels to be with them and when you overcome the minor inconveniences like travelling on regular buses instead of the luxury Volvos, just so that you can spend this festival with them.

And this festival is a real treat for the tiny tots. They get to spend the whole day with their parents and friends. Some of them burst firecrackers, while others busy themselves spreading awareness about the evils associated with these firecrackers. This is the time to be childish and responsible at the same time.

On this beautiful festival, let us at Photo Journey (TravellingCamera) wish you a Very Happy and Prosperous Diwali! Have fun and stay safe. Spread cheer and joy everywhere!
