Bed and Breakfast at Isle of Skye

During my 5 day tour of Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Skye, I got the opportunity to stay in Bed and Breakfasts. Out of all, the bed and Breakfast at Isle of Skye was the best in terms of cleanliness and décor and also the friendliness of the family running the business.

One interesting but about the Island was that apparently no one locks their cars or doors over there. It seems that there is no crime there. But the owner of this B&B was thoughtful enough to install a lock on each room so that people who come from the crime-infested parts of the world (which effectively means everywhere except the Isle of Skye) can lock there rooms and be comfortable.

Warning: All of the photographs below are extremely unprofessionally composed.

Warning: All of the photographs below are extremely unprofessionally composed. The rooms were like that from a doll's house - bright and cheerful. There wasn't a speck of dust to be seen anywhere. I want you to specifically focus on the Ivy outside the window. The sunlight filtering in from the window was a rare sight though. It was mostly pouring down heavily. The shower cabinet to keep the water in and to make the owner's job easy. The fittings inside were simple, unlike the complicated ones often found in hotels. There was even a cute little chair in the bathroom. And the bathroom by the way was almost as big as the room itself. Cute little artefacts like this table and lamp complete the doll-house effect. And the person in the mirror is me. :) Dainty little dining room! I often used to have my breakfast here alone, with the owner fussing over how little I eat. (Which is not true!) Cozy lounge, which I never used. The picket fence outside is the typical fencing in this area. Lovely blue flowers in the garden. I love the unique colour. Haven't seen such flowers anywhere else. Do you know the name?, Bed and Breakfast, Isle of Skye, Scotland, Homes, Accommodation

B and Bs are probably good cosy places and value for money.

Also please share typical tariff for different seasons. If you have any contact info then that would further help for someone who is planing a visit.
The nice thing about it is that you can come and go without feeling like you've missed something. Some weeks you'll have more time than others!
