Khao San Market and Wat Arun are on opposite sides of the Chao Phraya River and that too at a reasonable distance. So we started our walk from a place from where we could see Wat Arun across the river. There are multiple cafes across the river, so if you intend to spend more time around the river and watch these magical views of Wat Arun, there are multiple cafes with terrace. We grabbed some drinks from a street-side kiosk and walked across the river for some time and then started walking towards Museum Siam. Beyond Wat Pho, it was time to walk towards Saranrom Park. As we entered into the park, there were not many people and that scared us a little. So we didn't spend time inside the park. While you are walking in this part of Bangkok and you need a loo break, Saranrom Park has that provision till late night as all other places are completely closed after sunset.
